ENDIzLED-211
ENDIzLED-211 — Mini PIR Motion + Light Sensor Module for Ceiling & Fixture Integration
- ENDIzLED-211 is a compact, recessed PIR motion sensor with built‑in daylight detection designed to switch lighting automatically when movement is detected in low-light conditions. Ideal for ceiling fixtures, downlights, LED rings, and retrofit lamp assemblies where discreet, reliable presence sensing is required.
Key benefits
- Hands‑free automatic control that saves energy and extends lamp life
- Small, easy-to-fit body for recessed installation (recommended hole 20–26 mm)
- Works with LED, CFL/energy-saving, and incandescent lamps (driver/ballast compatibilty required for some tube/LED types)
- Simple wiring: integrates into existing fixtures — connect live, neutral and load according to the wiring diagram
Technical highlights (typical ranges)
- Working voltage: AC 85–265V (some variants specified AC100–240V) 50/60Hz
- Maximum load: ≤ 40W
- Detection distance: about 3–6 m (model dependent)
- Detection angle: ~110°–120°
- Light control threshold (photosensor): typically ≥ 5–10 Lux (sensor only switches at low ambient light)
- Time delay: typically 30–45 seconds (model dependent)
- Recommended installation hole: 20–26 mm; sensor body diameter ≈ 25–35 mm
- Operating temperature: roughly -20°C to +45°C (check your model)
- Material: flame-retardant PC
Wiring summary (follow supplied diagram and local electrical codes)
- Brown = Live (L)
- Yellow = Switched output to lighting (load)
- Blue(s) = Neutral (N)
- Always turn power off before wiring. If you’re unsure, have a qualified electrician install the sensor.
Installation notes & tips
- Embed the sensor head so the detection dome is not recessed behind obstruction — keep the detection window unobstructed.
- Position away from direct air conditioning/heater vents, reflective surfaces and HVAC doors that may trigger false sensing.
- For LED tubes or fixtures with drivers/ballasts, wire the sensor between the mains live and the fixture’s driver input (follow the LED/Ring Tube wiring diagram).
- For continuous 24-hour switching, use the “without light control” wiring option if available (this disables the daylight cutoff).
Typical applications
- Downlights and recessed ceiling lamps
- Emergency or corridor lighting
- Closet, pantry, stairwell and washroom lights
- Office and utility fixtures where auto ON/OFF is preferred
What’s included
- ENDIzLED-211 PIR sensor module with wiring harness
- Connector (if included in your kit) and basic wiring diagram
- (Mounting nut and gasket where applicable)
Safety & compliance
- Designed for indoor fixture integration. Confirm local standards and fixture compatibility before installation.
- Not submersible — avoid outdoor exposed installation
