  • If the wrong item is delivered, we will cover the full cost and delivery time will be the same as your original order. If you change your mind and want to exchange the product, there will be a 30% charge for delivery, and pickup starts at $50.

  • Arrived Damaged (Due to Shipping or Defect): If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us immediately Send us a clear photo of the damage. Once we verify the issue is from our side (e.g., shipping damage or a manufacturing fault), we will send you a brand new, one-to-one replacement at no cost.

    Damaged During Installation: We understand that accidents can happen on a busy project site. If an item is broken during the installation process, please send us a photo of the damage. While we cannot replace it for free, we will review the situation and offer you the best possible discount on a replacement unit.

    Q: How does the repair service work, especially for lights not bought from Lights2Form?

    A: We are happy to evaluate any LED light for repair. Here is our process:

    1. Initial Contact: First, please email us with photos of your light fixture. Include details on the brand (if possible) and a clear description of the problem. This helps us make a preliminary assessment.

    2. Physical Inspection: For a final quote, you will need to send the item to our office or factory. We must physically inspect the light to determine if a repair is possible.

    3. The Challenge (Why we must inspect): Our ability to repair a light depends entirely on its physical condition. The most common issue is whether we can safely open the housing. If screws are rusted or the unit is factory-sealed, repair may not be possible.

    4. Final Quote: Once we have inspected the unit, we will contact you with a no-obligation quote for the repair.

      Client also need to bear cost or send their forwarders to connect back the lights is we cannot replace or customise custom order
